We ensure we establish and maintain quality systems to continually improve our business, policies and processes. Consistent with this and to maintain our record of zero health and safety incidents, we:

• Follow, monitor and refine our measurable objectives and targets to improve health and safety performance and standards.
• Comply with health and safety legislation, regulations, standards (AS/NZS ISO 4801:2001) and other project-specific safety requirements. Westline is fully compliant and tailors project schedules/planning to the highest industry standard, which reflects the business's ongoing commitment to health and safety.
• Manage the risk of injury by diligently following our health, safety and quality procedures to; identify, assess, implement control and monitor hazards and risks.
• Consult at all levels; with employees, contractors, site managers and key client personnel to promote a positive best practice safety culture and actively encourage; participation, clear communication, and documentation of safe work practices.
• Commit to comply with and meet all scoped requirements of our clients, stakeholders, industry associations and all relevant statutory, regulatory and contractual agreements.
• Deliver our projects on time and on budget with the goal of satisfying and exceeding client expectations.

Environmental policy

Old Skool Plumbing recognise the importance of environmental management and we are committed to protecting and minimising our impact on the environment. To ensure we are as environmentally responsible with our processes as possible, we:

• Consider the environmental aspects and impacts of all construction work and manage them in an integrated way with all stakeholders.
• Act with integrity and transparency in all our dealings with respect to our stakeholder's views and contributions.
• Continually recommend the use of environmentally responsible products and recycled materials as alternatives wherever possible.
• Promoting continuous improvement and progressively exploring innovative ways to reduce environmental impacts in the workplace. Implementation of clear objectives and targets to encourage consultation, suggestions and feedback.
